    Running injuries are very common. Here is an outline of a recovery plan for runners to Return to Running

    It is important to listen to your symptoms when trying to get back into running. When you start to have symptoms, Stop! (remember: these are the symptoms associated with your injury, not just general fatigue or irritation in other body regions).
    Walk-Run Program
    a. Warmup
    b.slow progression

    Cross Training
    a. Strength Training
    b. Stretching
