  • Hamstring Tears TendonitisHamstring muscle injuries are common, especially among athletes. Often referred to as a “pulled hamstring,” this injury occurs when one or more of the three hamstring muscles that run along the back of the thigh become strained or torn. These muscles help you extend your leg and bend your knee. Hamstring injuries can be painful, but athletes with this injury can expect a full recovery, especially with early treatment.
